Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by IC Investments Sp. z o.o. (“IC Investments”), including any subdomains, forms and related services (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be signalled by an updated last-updated date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The content of the Services is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Services constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any securities, an investment recommendation, or investment, tax, legal or accounting advice.

References to specific ventures, portfolio companies, sectors or transactions are illustrative and are not an offer to invest in any of them. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

The Services are intended for founders, investors, corporate partners and professionals interacting with IC Investments in a business capacity. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Services.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Services.

Any material you submit through the Services — including venture submissions, enquiries, uploaded documents and pitch decks (“Submissions”) — must be accurate, must be lawful for you to share, and must not infringe any third-party rights.

By making a Submission you grant IC Investments a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, reproduce and analyse the Submission for the purpose of evaluating a possible engagement, and to comply with legal obligations.

IC Investments is under no obligation to evaluate, respond to, or return any Submission, and is under no obligation of confidentiality with respect to any Submission unless a separate written non-disclosure agreement has been signed.

The Services, including text, graphics, logos, page layouts, downloads and software, are owned by or licensed to IC Investments and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, no part of the Services may be copied, reproduced, republished or distributed without our prior written consent.

You may view, download and print pages from the Services for your own internal, non-commercial use, provided you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or resources that are not owned or controlled by IC Investments. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IC Investments disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IC Investments and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IC Investments and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Services, your Submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Republic of Poland.

The courts of the Republic of Poland competent for the registered seat of IC Investments Sp. z o.o. shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
